Does anyone use the website 'losertown'? I'm struggling to understand the "Calories Used" box and the "Your Calorie Deficit" box. For example, I set my calorie goal as 1200 and the calculator says that to weigh 52.8kg, the "Calories Used" is 1545.24 and the "Your Calorie Deficit" is 345.24.

For instance, if you are 5 feet, 4 inches tall and you want to enter your height in inches, you need to enter 64 in the height field because 5 ft x 12 inches = 60 inches, plus 4 inches makes a total of 64 inches.
